The Common Caroline (Carolina turbaphila) is generally found in North America. She would have been lost in Africa to be raised by leopards, and later found by some bold and suitably handsome explorer dwelling in the jungle eating raw meat and wearing for no discernible reason a skimpy outfit made of leopardskin, but alas, her parents never took her to Africa. So now she spends most of her time in a secluded den, where, our sources are a little unclear on this, she either spends most of her time reading, drawing, or plotting to take over the world. A noted lover of classical history, she often quotes things that no one has ever heard of. While the creature is generally peaceful if left alone, it can be vicious at times. If this happens to you, the best thing to do is leave a small offering of chocolate and run while avoiding eye contact. The natural enemy of this creature is the Loudmouthed Idiot (Declamatio stultus) and the two are often seen engaged in vicious verbal battle.
